CAULIFLOWER BAKED ZITI
I learned after I had Harper that I was my absolute best physically, mentally and in natural energy when my PH was balanced. I do this with an alkaline diet and it really isn't hard to manage. One alkaline casserole I just tried out this week, that was a hit with David and I, is this SUPER easy Cauliflower Baked Ziti recipe from delish.com. I'm also including the recipe below! This really was soo good. It was light and honestly wasn't too cheesy (not that I would mind... the more cheese the better!) . It took me a total of 45 minutes to make this dish and that includes 25 minutes in the oven. I also love casseroles like this because it means leftovers, which means easy grab and go meals in the fridge. Win, Win!!!
